Eu4 leviathan sale12/11/2023 On top of what's already said, one bug generated rulers with absurd skills, generally I think in military points, so your ruler stats would be 2. There was a post everyone was putting bug reports/complaints under on this subreddit that I'm sure you could find for a much, much more extensive explanation. I'm sure there are plenty of issues I'm not remembering. There was also something with Hordes where mistyped code put zeros somewhere they shouldn't have been, thus making hordes the most convincing missionaries ever to walk, or ride, the Earth. I haven't actually played as a tag in North America or South East Asia, so I can't really speak on the changes made there except to say that there was some issue with Majapahit that was completely game-breaking. There are bugs remaining from previous versions! Like those fucking trees in that lake in Africa! Or when as Sweden you're given an event to change rulers to some accomplished general who drowns in the fountain of youth the day you make the decision to have his 33 year old ass become king, leaving you with a newborn with no regent: leaving you unable to declare war for 16 years. Not in the sense that they're in anyway actually competing with France or the Ottomans or anything, but realistically, if you're going to have your game set in the Early Modern Period, you cannot have the Natives regularly staving off European colonization, as they have since Leviathan. North American Natives were made ridiculously OP. Zoroastrianism was all fucked up with placeholder icons and bugged events mixing it with the Copts. Last I played, the Polynesian tech group was still missing an icon. Haven't had a chance to play in a while, so keep in mind that some of these problems have been alleviated/fixed. And obvious ones were missing (Nothing in Jerusalem)! Because you have to be Chinese for a wall to function). A pet peeve of mine regarding them are the often nonsensical requirements for activation (The Great Wall of China does not work if a certain province is not Chinese, which it isn't at game start. Monuments are cool, but some were ahistorical or broken. Megalopolises were easy to form, and pillage capital gave worldwide aggressive expansion, creating global coalitions. The pillage capital/centralize development mechanics were completely broken. Leviathan's release was absolute dogshit. But one should never assume malice when ignorance will do. On some level, I cannot help but feel that you're joking.
